The affairs of the Canadian Association for Co-operative Education (CAFCE) are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. CAFCE's Executive Directors take office immediately subsequent the annual meeting and hold office until the following annual meeting or until a successor is elected or appointed while the Regional Representatives are appointed by their regions.
